There are 4 underlying expectations for behavior at Middlesex: Be Ready, Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Safe. No matter where students are at in the building they are expected to model these behaviors. There are friendly reminder posters in classrooms, specialist rooms, cafeteria, and in the hallway. When students show exemplary behaviors, above and beyond the expectation, they are given a “Caughtcha” token and have an opportunity to clip up for the day in their classroom. We will also be looking for Superheroes of the Month from each classroom that exhibit exemplar behaviors with our character traits.
