It’s time for school! The best learning occurs when kids are at their healthiest!  This means:

·         at least 10 hours of sleep per night

·         eat breakfast…the most important meal of the day

·          bathing at least every 2 days

·          washing hands before eating

·          brushing teeth at least 2 times per day

·         60 minutes of activity per day

 Include healthy habits in your child’s daily school routine, and try to keep the routine on schedule.  Start now to form healthy habits for a lifetime!! 

REMINDER: Kindergarten students need a physical and dental exam form on file in the health records and third graders need a dental exam. Please send forms to school so that the health records will be complete!
